This location, on the border of the Highlands, would not be tolerated forever. We can all point to businesses in the Highlands (Bowman Field and near the Seneca Gardens neighborhood a few years ago) that have been busted or otherwise failed. A few independents seem to make it from time to time, but some neighbors in certain areas are just too nosy and call in with complaints. Some complaints carry more weight than others depending where they come from.
Would just be great if this were all legal as it should be. Would get rid of the junkies and the predator business managers.
