Sounds like an older white provider which is up my alley. Usually they're a safer bet for clean, sober and decent mileage. Thanks.

TL; DR version, the owner of Shangri-la and Capella is being investigated because of another spa, so they closed all the spas that operate under their name. The Ann Arbor locations weren't busted, they have spas in at least Michigan and New York from what I remember her telling me in the past.

Contacted Cindy a while ago, but she has a job outside of the hobby, so scheduling can be difficult.
