That would be a waste of resources to try and nab one fella. I think they usually set it up where they post a bogus ad and have mongers show up to their room- thats is a sting. My providers (and I love to talk with them) all tell stories about how they arrived at this profession, and none ever state they were forced, tricked or manipulated into the biz.

That said, here is where the slavery claims come from (I believe). If a girl is arrested and agrees to testify, LE will offer asylum and assurances to not prosecute her in return for her co-operation.
