I "followed" several ads that appeared to be obvious fakes and in each case when I went to the "follow" folder, multiple ads showed up. The difference between now and the past is that the ads didn't show the cities where they were placed. Otherwise, the process worked the same way. Personally, if I see an ad that's been posted multiple times on the same day, I'll assume it's a fake even if the site no longer shows multiple cities.
