I can remember when there were lots of people walking up and down Beach and corners were full of people either hanging out or waiting for a bus. But Beach was empty. Has Anaheim made it illegal to be a pedestrian on Beach after dark?

Saw some action by first and grand. But be aware of thieves. Forgot rule about paying after act.
