A few girls have told me it recently happened to them. Same circumstances, knife, violent, rape. It would give me great pleasure to make him suffer as much as these girls have.

Been trying toset something up with lily and her girlfriend but getting no response to text or calls. Finally got a call from Lilys girlfriend the other day to explain why. I think I'm going to pass on her and her girlfriend. Seems lily is turning a shade of yellow and is at good sam getting help. Her roommate let on this bit of info. Other than that I haven't seen much going on, well except for nicolle, She is a nice girl but she is out there a lot and I do like variety so I've been passing on her. It seems the cops are doing there monthly sweeps which is why its been quiet.

Said she was released from good Sam and "walking around". Wanted me to come get her. Turning that particular shade of yellow gives me a high degree of concern.

Right sided ventricular failure could be secondary to endocarditis. Liver failure could be a result of any number of conditions, although hepatitis is probably most likely in an IV drug user. Depending on which type of hepatitis would determine if, or how likely, sexual transmission would be possible. Type C would be most common, and I've never seen a documented case of it being transmitted orally. Even vaginal transmission is very rare (unless your immune system is already compromised), anal transmission is more likely though.
