For us mongers who have a lady at home, that can be big trouble!
I kept getting this picture from FB sent to my phone as a association with another WSW. I thought the face looked familiar, but I didn't recognize it. This was over a month ago. You know I just figured out yesterday who it is, and that's only because this time a name was attached to the picture. I've been up close and personal with this girl several times too. I guess facial expressions can make a person's image in your mind seem like someone else.
Can you guess who this is right off?

I was on my way to see another SW , but saw Jewelz standing on Wilkins. I parked and walked up to her and asked what the deal was with her phone. She told me she dropped it in water. I dated her after we talked, she told me some guy she is sharing a phone plan with was bringing her a phone that day. She text me later on that day to let me know it was on. I haven't heard from her since .
That was July 31 .
Stopped by w / w after a show late Friday night. A few girls out, but most were zombies or skin and bones. Picked up this Angela around Pulaski. Couldn't find a decent spot (and honestly I wasn't too keen with her) so gave her a few bucks for the time and dropped her off. She was super nice, despite being a little out of it, and even gave me her digits and a kiss on the cheek.

This just seems far fetched and highly unlikely. It just goes against common sense and basic logic. Lets try use some logic here to se if this makes any sense.
1. There are people who actually live and work in these areas, ie, so therefore their cars will be traveling past these cameras quite frequently if not many times daily. So are these people going to get daily notifications?
2. These cameras are on the top of light poles, the angle just makes it impossible to take photos of a licenses plate of a car that on that same block. That is just basic geometry. The camera would have to be at steep angle at least 4 blocks away to capture a license plate and it not be blurry, that kind of quality camera to get a license plate from 4 blocks is very expensive.
3. The government would not engage in notifications for hypothetical situations like "your car has been frequently spotted in a high crime area known for drugs and prostitution". That takes money, the paper, postage, man hours for someone to print and place in a envelope. Money that I am sure Baltimore does not have or that could be better spent else where.
4. Can you imagine the law suits they would get from individuals and the ACLU. It would be a fiscal nightmare situation for the City and State.
If notifications are sent, it seems like something that a non-profit or neighbor hood organization will do. But not from police cameras on the top of lights. It just doesn't make sense people.
