I'm from the DC area (just browsing) and visited LA and found the Paris House through one of them stripper / escort newspapers you can get on the street. This was maybe 5-6 years ago. The San Diego place was the first "lingerie modeling" place I ever went to. Stopped in on a whim while down there on business.
