I got close to the scene on foot, ashes was falling on me and I could feel the heat from the sidewalks. Even the SW's, and pimps and dealers were taking pics. All the way to the bank to cash the insurance check. I can't imagine the physical building was worth too much though being condemned. No more property maintenance costs, no more security issues, etc. That allows for freeing up capital. It also allows for free demolition, clean up and property prep for whatever comes next though.

My guess is that there won't be a shortage of talent out on the streets over the next several days until everyone can get settled in somewhere else.
