As I have stated many times, my line of work has taken me close to these clubs since 1991. If I tell you all something about the inner workings of these clubs, it is not a guess or speculation. It is fact.

To address your other statements, here is day two of Mike's Strip Club School.

You want to see new blood. Doesn't every club manager wish it was that easy? The clubs are at the mercy of the girls that show up wanting to work. They can't make them stay. A new dancer gives a club about three hours to make her target number. That number is usually unrealistic and she's trying to hit it startingnat 7:00 PM on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Those four clubs are one and done for her. The club she hits on Friday comes close to making her number and she stays. Then come the first weekday she works and does not make weekend money, she is gone.

No this isn't every girl but it is most. The ones who get that money fluctuates sticks with the club they find comfortable to work at.

Why do the ugly ones stay? Simple. They were shocked they got hired and aren't going anywhere. The ugly girl spent a long time sticking her head in club doors and being told they were not hiring. Then one day she happened upon a club that was looking at 10:00 and only two dancers who felt like working and that ugly girl gets hired by a desparate manager whose owner hammers him about not having enough dancers. She is now there until someone forces her out the door.

In almost a quarter century, I have seen one club owner who didn't let this happen and that was the guy who owned Daddy-O's way back when. He would fire a manager who hired an ugly girl and always said they were never so desparate that they needed to hire a girl who was not up to standards.

Again, these are not theories or speculations. This is how it works. I realize it is hard for anyone to wrap their head around the twisted business model of the strip club industry. It resembles nothing from the real business world. You just have to remember these clubs' very existence relies on girls who can't follow work schedules, want to come and go as they please from work, and are all used to doing as they please because men have always buckled to them.

We saw Skiper start and maintain the thread about how to streetmonger in Tampa and it has become a good guide for us all, especially for beginners. If you have a little time on your hands, that is.

I must say, I was very disappointed by YS last weekend.

I went there last sat, and there were several girls working. I usually don't even go to strip clubs because I would much rather get a girl from BP and fuck her in the comfort of my home than at some club. But unfortunately, all of my BP regulars were unavailable and I had a VERY good experience at Tootsies in Miami (top shelf pussy, set up a date for outside the club fun, BBBJ, GFE) a few days earlier so I decided, what the hell. One seemed to get paranoid at the very idea and said "No, I could loose my job" and jumped off of my lap and almost ran. LOL. Ok. So we went to the back for $10 and I dropped my pants and pulled my dick out. Then she got scared and said that if I didn't pull up my pants then the bouncers would come and throw me out. What the hell! I then asked about what happened to her "taking care of me?" SHe was like this is only a full contact strip club. Blah blah blah. She said that if we went back to the champagne room then something more might happen. I was like thanks but no thanks. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice. That's on me. I can go to a regular club if all I want is for girls to grind on me and I don't have to pay $20 a song for it either.

I'm not wasting my money on a strip club unless I KNOW that its a working girl house. I don't want a "maybe" or "sometimes. " I want a working girl house. So, where are the 100% working girl houses here in Tampa / St. Pete? Is there even such a thing?

Other than that, there are no 100% working girl houses in Tampa. I've been to Tootsie's in Miami as well and that is not a 100% sure thing either (although their quality is way higher than most anything in Tampa especially if you like Latin ladies). For decent quality, YS is a good probability place with some tact. It is higher percentage than Tootsies. If you don't mind driving across the bay, Atlantis and Oasis are similar to YS. However, all three are lower in quality of girls than from Miami.

Being a new guy the girls are going to side with caution (there was a bust there in Aug 2012). If your a regular the girls arent shy about things, 7 Seas used to be a sure thing club but there long gone. I gottie visit Tooties one day!

Instead of places in Tampa I would go check out the clubs in Pasco or Pinellas.

Tampa just doesn't match up to Miami in quality. But again, for decent quality with decent chance for fun are YS, Atlantis, Oasis and Vegas (this is older info as haven't really gone in a while). The best looking girls and comparable to Miami are at Mons and 2001 but no fully satisfying fun.

Some just have more limits than others. Some will do not do certain races, some have an age limit, or some will not do guys with poor hygiene. Their are girls who won't do extras with me, but have done them with people I know, and vice versa. You just have to talk to the girl and see if their is any chemistry between the two of you. Also in my experience don't approach the newer girls about extras. Let them work in the club a little bit, and get a feel for the environment. Once they see how popular certain girls are, and what regular customers expect they will open up more. I had a girl walk out on me one time. A few months later, she was doing BBBJ, while playing with her toys at the same time. Most women have a price and breaking point, you just have to be patient, and know how to exploit it. And never talk about what you do with other girls. Keep it vague. Girls talk, and no one want's to be known as the extras girl.
