When you say 5 sets of 20 reps each, do you mean 5 sets of squats with 250lbs each working set and then 5 sets of deadlifts with 300lbs each working set for 10 total sets? A total of 200 reps with that kind of heavy weights? Even at my heaviest (weighing about 260lbs) I don't think I could have done that kind of workout! That is a very impressive combination of both strength and endurance for anybody. I agree with you about junk food in theory, but I am a junk food addict. I rather give up pussy then plate lunches and fast food (not forever mind you, but for extended periods of time).

Of course it took me years to get there. Actually that is nothing. You should watch videos of what some of the UFC guys do for cardio training. Remember Rick Franklin of the UFC? His workout routines went on for 5-6 hours per day in 2 hour sets. Arnold (my hero) use to work out 3 times a day everyday at 2+ hour intervals. Your body can do it if your mind is strong. I am super disciplined. That is why I can trade for a living and not have to depend on a "job". Because I am disciplined. Life takes discipline. It is all in the mind. If your mind says no your body says no. My mind always says yes. Simple enough.
Of course, dealing with women, a strong mind can actually work against you. Especially strong minded Amercan women (beeaches!). That is why I bang Asian girls.
