Where is a good place to drink on Sundays?
I went to Maya's a few times and it was not too bad for a Sunday. Anyone know any good place to go where you can at least look at two good looking girls?
Talking about the $20 dollar drink
Well, has anyone here ever bought a girl a drink and she tells you she has another customer and will be back later? Yes, No?
This is what I do if she takes her sweet time. I ask for a refund. :) If she refuses I talk to the bartender or go straight to the Mama. Lol!
Only one Mama will tell me to shove it. But she will buy me and my friends drinks the rest of the night.
It pays to be an @$$-hole all the time. The saying nice guys finish last is correct. Nice guys are push overs and boring too.
This just goes to show you
Okay guys, since I, m getting blamed for posts I did'nt do, I will start to reveal all the girls secrets. The KB girls leave nasty messages on my phone since some idiot is getting drunk and telling girls about this site.
So here's lesson #1, Lets go to lunch- When a girl tells you she wants to go lunch its not because you are special, its because certain restaurants give them a kickback. Don't believe? Take her to Sorabol and check your bill. It will be a single amount, like $70 even, Add up your food $35? Where does the $35 go? You will be ashamed to ask. To further salt the wound she will expect the tip on $70. Remember when you first got seated and the waitress spoke Korean? She was asking about the "extras". See it to believe it? Just like when you give your credit card at bar.
End of lesson #1.
My phone will start ringing 10 minutes after this post. I don't give a crap since getting tired of seeing fellow barmongers getting ripped. Lesson #2 to follow.
Koreans are so money hungry! So, I am wondering if their is a lesson about observing Koreans also fucking over other Koreans, not just non-Korean speaking people. They have absolutely no loyalty except to the almighty dollar, or won, or yen, or whatever money that is their god! I've seen this time and time again, and it blows my mind how they are also so protective (defensive? ) of "Korea" and "Korean" customs and such. Then, they turn around at the next sign of a chump, Korean or not, and take as much money as possible from their fellow Korean. They think nothing of this! Conscience there just is none!
If this happened to me, I would definitely NOT be ashamed to ask what is the extra $35. If I didn't, I would be setting myself up for more $$ extraction.
Anyway, this may seem like a racist post, but I am just writing about my personal observations. LOL carry on!
Very slow night in Kalihi
I decided to check out Clique/Black Stallion. The bar was full, but only 1 table was occupied. It seemed to be more of a pau hana/just played golf type of vibe over there. Everyone was talking story and having fun. I don't think any play is available here.
Then I went to Hilltop. Only 1 table was occupied and there was 1 old man sleeping at the bar. I swear I've seen this old man at several bars over the years and he's always drunk and sleeping. This place was totally dead and I still don't know what Yuki looks like.
Before I went to these 2 bars, I had passed by 1st Time and Safari. The parking lot was full. I thought about going there before I headed home, but now there were only about 5 or 6 cars in the lot. WTF! I decided to just head home. BTW, I saw a few cops on the freeways, but I didn't see any roadblocks on the streets. Be careful out there. It's graduation party season.
Aloha,
