You should file a complaint. No probable cause to pull you over, harassment, you name it. These type of Police officers should not be in the force. Power tripping, probably lies etc etc etc.

So, I am wondering if their is a lesson about observing Koreans also fucking over other Koreans, not just non-Korean speaking people. They have absolutely no loyalty except to the almighty dollar, or won, or yen, or whatever money that is their god! If this happened to me, I would definitely NOT be ashamed to ask what is the extra $35. If I didn't, I would be setting myself up for more $$ extraction.
Anyway, this may seem like a racist post, but I am just writing about my personal observations. LOL carry on!
I decided to check out Clique/Black Stallion. The bar was full, but only 1 table was occupied. It seemed to be more of a pau hana/just played golf type of vibe over there. Everyone was talking story and having fun. I don't think any play is available here.
Then I went to Hilltop. Only 1 table was occupied and there was 1 old man sleeping at the bar. I swear I've seen this old man at several bars over the years and he's always drunk and sleeping. This place was totally dead and I still don't know what Yuki looks like.
Before I went to these 2 bars, I had passed by 1st Time and Safari. The parking lot was full. I thought about going there before I headed home, but now there were only about 5 or 6 cars in the lot. WTF! I decided to just head home. BTW, I saw a few cops on the freeways, but I didn't see any roadblocks on the streets. Be careful out there. It's graduation party season.

It happens all the time to me. She spends all this time with the other customer and then she comes back to me and swallows her drink(which is probably iced tea), asks for another and then goes back to her other customer. I'm tired of being a nice guy. Please post more words of knowledge. I want to learn. I want to learn! LOL.

Yeah, Mayas is a sure thing. Usually, I like to watch all the big sports events at Mayas. Plus, Maya is always super cool with me. Camelot is usually reliable too. One 2 Go is a maybe. And I do mean MAYBE. I guess it depends on what your personal preferences and age range is. Green Tee used to be good. Lately, they've been sucking no matter what day it is. Cheers Station has a bunch of hot girls. Never been there on Sunday though. Carnival is usually busy on Sundays too.

I go to Cheers but I haven't been there on a Sunday for a long time. (Football Season Lol!) Maybe I'll give Cheers and Carnival a look tomorrow. Thanks Shydude!
Just got home from Evergreen and Napas. Both bars had the typical after 2 crowd. Did not see much eye candy at either places, just the regulars. Earlier tonight I made my rounds at the town bars and they were all dead, especially Camelot, my favorite hangout. I could not believe it. None of the girls i usually see at the different bars were working. When I called them they all said that the bars have been slow so they took the night off. Huh?? No way! It's Saturday night.
After I left Napas I called my fav. mp girl and she said she was not working tonight. WTF!! It just wasn't my night so here I am sitting at home in front of my computer. Sorry but i had to vent. Hopefully your night wasn't as sh*#$% as mine.

My guess!
1. Most of the girls have kids and it's summer break so they stay home and don't work.
2. The mainland girls go back to the mainland and hang with their SO or kids.
3. Recent raids by LE are scaring the girls.

If there is a KB girl that you like. Try this move on her the next time you see her.
When she comes to sit with you tell her this. "Oh, can you do me a favor? Can you not sit with me tonight. I will be sitting with so and so tonight." And smile whilst saying it.
This will piss her off and might set he off. But it will tell her that you don't need her. Burst her balloons so to speak.
Then the next time you go to her bar she will be mad at you. But if you buy her a drink she will forgive you be she will respect you more and you will take away all of her power. If she starts treating her like shit, do her 2X's worst.
If you want to get laid, this is a good way to do it! Control is the key! They play games with you too. Teach her to play it on your terms!
This has everything to do with attraction. Nice guy don't look attractive to girls. But bad boys look attractive and are most interesting.

If she's not busy, she'll be usually sitting at the bar or at a game. If she's not around, I know she's sitting with another and won't buy a drink. If I make a mistake, and she is sitting with another, but comes to sit with me, I'll buy a drink. But of course, her hopping back and forth makes it obvious. Then I tell her go sit with the other dude. I leave, sometimes they chase, but I keep walking.
Have to be mentally strong in the bars. Don't know about being a total asshole, but certainly don't be nice.

Hmmm, I tried that twice with 2 different girls at 2 different bars. Both times after that the girl never came back. To this day at least one hot girl won't even give me the time of day even when I tried to make conversation with her and asked to buy her a drink (it was 6 months after that I tried to speak to her).
If you don't care to ever sit with the girl then you can take the chance and treat her like crap or alienate her but I'm here to just say that the treat a girl like crap doesn't always work.
