Always get nervous asking for it, kind of like solicitation. The L1 mainly happens without upfront negotiations. It's usually a point to it and a nod or just naturally happens and a standardized tip left.

I generally pay $120 tip for an hour, but have had to go as high as $140 for some of the really hot girls that know they can get it. Never paid more that $220 for the hour house fee and tip and generally pay $200. I have paid as little as $180 for the older, uglier girls. You are adding pressure to everyone else's negotiation when you pay as much as you are for the tip.

Back walking may be available if you ask.

Last night I found my way down to Blue Bay on Sunbeam. I was met by Jessie who was shockingly cute and their ad actually has one real picture and it is her. I will attach a screen capture. I have tipped 2 jacks most every time. Last time I was feeling generous and tipped 3 jacks. Next time I got an L2 finish without even asking. YMMV.
