Korean Bar Reports

I visited Casino on Thursday night. I think there was only 1 girl that was under the age of 30. The rest were retreads from other bars like cheers station. The bartenders looked pretty good compared to the other girls working. The bar looked the same as before. Same mama. Julie but she has a partner now, I'm guess that the other one is the financial backer. I can't see how the place will be any better, Julie never was a good mama and never took good care of her girls. Unless things get better it will again be a matter of time before she goes into debt again.

At least there's another place to visit again.

New KB openings usually signal hit-and-run tactics by KBGs. Existing KBs in the immediate area already reacting to the Casino opening with aggressive service; the piece of the Korean pancake is already too small (and shrinking).

Havnt been drinking early for awhile and went Camelot, Moonflower, Butts, Pharoah, Damour, EG, Twilight and Tommorrow. On Wednesday, bars were a ghostown dead as some bars had no customers at all! Never seen bars THAT slow for town even tho early is normally slow, they usually have their regulars and alkies I always see but not Wednesday. Saw some oldier bgs getting Casino ready for thurs and I don't think they going do well with that kind recycled talent. Kimberly tried that when she brought Cleo to town and failed miserably. Nevertheless I hope they stay open so got more choices. Went EG another day and wondered where the girls went. Rachael came by who I've known long time and tried for 15 minutes before she gave up. Nice girl but a rob bg so watch out for her. Bought Lisa 2 drinks because she earned it, hehehe. Same night went Business and seen a few missing EG girls like Mina there. She is nice too and another rob too and specializes in older S daddy types. For some reason she likes me even tho I don't buy her more than 1 drink if I do and thats when she earns it somehow. Maybe she kisses ass because sometimes I go with high rollas which I'm not. I'm wondering how Kalihi has been as its been ages since got any reports from there. Where are you Hlock?

Went there to watch the 4Q of last night's game and, as rumored, there was no operational cable TV; saw one customer, one bartender, and no KBGs. I'm not a TV guy but it is a basic tool in bars for the benefit of customers. Whomever the KB operators are need basic training and sense. At least it'll be easy to count the revenues from last night.

Decided to pass by Casinos and noticed the sign changed to Club Casino. Just looking from the outside, it didn't look good. Me and my friends didn't bother to even go in.

We stopped by Casino last night. It was okay. Had some pretty ones, but like someones previous report they look around the late 30s kind. We got free pupus too. And yup, seen some girls from other bars.

Heard from the KBG network that there will be a new mama at Club Pharoah. Seems that Sin-di mama will sell. Then of course as always could be just a rumor.

Sunday was busier for most bars with alot of weekend golfers / fb watchers etc. Camelot had couple filled tables and alot of girls came work early evening. I must have been blind or drunk past times not noticing they replaced most of their old tvs with flatsrcreens. Since when? Those young hotties look good to bang but have that slutty / evil air to them. Thats just the type I avoid altho alot of LVBs and retiree LVBs like that type. Pharoah had decent crowd and noticed the sign of dollar off drinks Dec 8. 9,10 but didn't ask why. Damour was dead. Didn't check Butts and Casino. Anyone been Kalihi lately?

The KB and KBG scenes are lifeless and old hat already. I'm just going for talk story with the regulars and no spend more than twenty!

At that time, bars were wising-up and making sure their girls had the proper LC and INS documentation, so employment became 'the latest thing'.

A few girls told me they were getting a salary but it was a dismal amount. The provision was that she must work as ordered (basically everyday by a certain hour, until closing) and she was to not dare try working anywhere else. So when her bar got dead and the other girls moved to where the customers were, she was stuck in the barren wasteland. They were afraid to quit, too.

Even today, I kind of take notice of girls who are 'go-getters' and follow the money; they got to do what they got to do. Personally I don't see the point of getting all dressed-up and coming to work for nothing. I think it takes at least a little moxie to go prospecting and try your luck somewhere else knowing your old ms might not welcome you back. Just my 1 cent.

The whole time card thing was just for jerking Ocolumbo's chain. I was trolling him because he say he no go bar but how he know about this forum and why he care how much cut the girls make? Also I said I got my info from a "legit" source. Uhh what's "legit" at a KB? Nothing. Didn't know you guys were going to get into details about girls punching in / out. Honestly who cares why they do it?

I know a few bgirls that should move bars but don't and others that move every month or week but shouldn't. The ones that should show some sort of loyalty don't and others that show too much often get stuck with a shitty mama and bears with the situation. However, the unloyal bar changing KBG for no good reason is the majority imo. I know of 1 KBG that changed bars 4 times in a month and most was busier KBs. That type of bg doesn't have steady regular customers because of their rob style of hostessing. Then theres other KBGs that have a pretty good customer base in slow shitty bars keeping the bar at least semi alive but lose out in the chance to meet NEW customers.

This concept was talked about a few years ago; Kapiolani will become too saturated with KBs and high lease rents will drive the KB business westward. Kalihi KBs are getting the feel of both locations and will be able to adapt to changes more readily. Just IMO.

Kimberly tried the same thing at the Tommorrow location and failed. Jenny did the same at Monaco and failed. When they going to learn that bringing Kalihi talent to Kapiolani doesn't work! Generally, KBGs move westward as they get older, not the other way. The writing is on the wall at Casino and even the girls know that but will temporarily stay since its 'new' just for a brief time. Now is a REALLY bad time to have opened Casino with that kind talent with even the better bars struggling these days. The economy, DUI worries and bargoers wising up to robs are putting a hurt on bars overall. I think LVBs are whats keeping most bars alive at the moment. I really do. Its interesting to see how things will play out. An interesting thought came to mind when I think about what IF at least half the bargoers read the forums, Lucky for the bars most guys don't or else youd see many bars closing, hehe. I don't want more bars to close though and hope you mamas wise up and give us customers more of what we want.

Cheers at the time was a big hotspot in Kalihi and I think could have survived in town if only they were actually on the strip. I'm assuming the mama at Casino is hoping to recruit new talent in time. I still remember when Damour and Mayas pretty much was equivalent to a Kalihi bar. Lets just hope mama actually has a plan.

It could be as simple as giving good advice to the LVB sitting next to you at the bar or talking to your LVB buddies that some members have, hehe. Helping 1 LVB is good karma guys. Ok, went Tommorrow yesterday and was not that slow although most guys sat at the bar. Then went Camelot to check the talent again. Decided to go Moonflower instead since seen mostly the same girls as other night and didn't want to be surrounded bv LVBs. Some of those girls at Moonflower pretty tall and not bad looking mid to late 30s KBGs. Called it at early night as was just doing my crazy recons that I sometimes do. Was wondering if one of the guys at Moonflower was Uki because he was explaining at length to a KBG how guys and KBGs are to a KBG, LOL. Just kidding Uki bro!

I thought she was a poor actress and chuckled at this display of Follywood. Sure enough, it didn't last too long because it was all a poor charade that even a juvenile could have uncovered. Monaco was just disastrous, period. Now it's Casino.

Now have something to cameback and change to LVB mode. Next stop D'Amour, beer was good. Did my drunken walk to EG. Where all the girls you guys posting about? Found MK. Had to sober up so stop at Diamond. Seen Nazly Fuller. She was in the booth with the others and was tame as a kitten. Don't know why others post that she a crazy drunk.

Still had to sober up from drinking in town so stop at Green Tee, Lilac, and the other bar was slow. Next stop was Kool. So Su try her best to get a drink from me and I had dig out without finishing my drink. So fuck up I felt molested. Next Islander seem dead. Had pee from all the drinking so stop at Coloful. At lot of locals there. Had a one not bad looking chick there.

Its seems theres been alot bar changes recently with Monaco closing, girls doing musical chairs changing bars, security gaurd at EG, Casino reopening, and Pharoah getting new mama. Seems Camelot trying hard to claim the uncontested top spot and Business doing the same. This has been a wierd year for bars. Mostly its been slow overall compared to other years which recently also been slow but not as bad as this year. I think its going to interesting next year.

MBZ SUV, another a MBZ sedan, a golf partner, etc. HKitty called a wedding today (I guess it's part of the inventory) and a new tomorrow for KBG "Ellie." It has been real slow lately and I ithink will get worse next year. We'll shall see what happens to all the bars and the kBG's next year.

I thought about how she would fit right-in at Nirvana.

Also saw a couple of girls from Moonflower, including Danbi. Overall the hostesses were younger than Kalihi, but unless they play they don't seem to have much going for them. I did not recognize most of them.

EG was empty with almost no hostesses besides Mi Ni, and it was almost midnight already. Didn't stay, and went to Johnny's side of SP3; there's a young v-dancer who resembles the late Aaliya and another taller one with tats all over her back and a kind of runway model walk. Both attract a lot of tips. You can't miss them.

Tried Tomorrow but it was dead with very few hostesses some of whom were obviously 40+; this place reminded me of Kalihi. One lady had big tits and a voluptuous build which her outfit displayed well; she'd be the queen at a place like Kison or CHM. Can't miss her, either.

Went to check Casino and saw mostly older KBGs with mostly older customers to match. For a new bar and Friday, wasnt that busy. Damour was dead so went to check Pharoah which was also dead but they had $2 beer so stayed awhile. Heard all the girls from Pharoah going move to Twilight and Ellie bringing in her own crew. Interesting. Pharoah girls not that hot imo so don't think will make that much diff for Twilight. EG hardly had any girls and moved on to Tommorrow after checking a slow Twilight which also wasnt too busy. Then went Camelot which was pretty busy at the bar but didn't see that many girls tonight, for them anyway. Brian always buys me beer so I better not talk stink about him, LOL Went home around 11 after starting at 8.
