He said he lays it on thick, telling them stuff like "it's his loss", "can't believe someone would see you and stand you up", etc.
We didn't got into it but he never mentioned having a bad time with any of them he has done this with. In fact he said he still sees quite a few of them regularly and they instantly remember him by his saying "remember me, I'm the guy who saw you that time you got stood up".

I use the same technique when I really like a girl and I chase her down from different angles. I use tracfone for the internet mostly, to text, 20 bucks every three months. I very rarely call a lady unless I really want her and she hasn't answered to different texts over a number of days, but by then she doesn't answer anyway, it's just my reason to move on to the next.

Agency girls will quote you a price over the phone and lead you to believe that price includes services. Once the girl arrives, she will demand immediate payment. After you pay her, she will tell you that was just a show-up fee and you have to pay more, ALOT MORE, for any services.
