This incorporates the changes made in the last legislative session that made it possible for police to arrest clients in sting operations. We heard about Obama's golf buddy and now Jbones. The common element here is the use by police of websites like Craigslist and Backpage to set up the sting.

I see no reasonable way that police could set up such a sting in an AMP. They would have to have a police woman, preferably a Korean national, solicit employment from the MS and then actually be in the room and discuss payment with the customer. She would then need to have a radio link to cops waiting outside or else she would have to actually do the deed which is highly unlikely. Kind of hard to wear a wire when you have a nightgown or bikini on.

As far as cops coming in to an AMP when you are in the room, police could arrest you but I don't think you could be convicted, unless they came in the room just as $$ were changing hands (highly unlikely). Even if you were doing the deed in full climax, any decent lawyer would simply point out in the preliminary hearing that police evidence did not include an observation of payment or agreement to pay. The downside for mongers is that police may try to use their new muscle to make arrests at AMP's that they know will not lead to conviction. This could go on for a while until a judge slaps them down. The big penalty for an arrest is not the potential $500 fine. It is the public embarrassment for all and potential family repercussions for married mongers. For now we have not seen such arrests at AMP's but only stings based on internet solicitation. Moral (for me at least) is stick with the AMP's and stay away from the outcalls and streetwalkers. Better yet stick to places and providers you know.

I will not detail it here but if you look at the testimony on the record in last years hearings, you will see that the focus is on street prostitution and pimping. Even if an AMP-MS is busted for §712-1201 Promoting prostitution, she probably could mount a defense claiming that her $50 is simply for the use of facilities, as it actually is. If I was a lawyer for a MS I certainly would advise her to never answer client questions about anything that goes on in the room, especially prices for service. We all know #1-$50, #2-$100, #3-150 but MS should never let these things cross her lips.

There is an interesting commentary (not an actual part of the statute) in the books about how futile and actually counterproductive prostitution laws are. It actually makes an argument to legalization. One section says: "Making prostitution a criminal offense is one method of controlling the scope of prostitution and thereby protecting those segments of society which are offended by its open existence." I think this may be why cops are relatively tolerant of AMP's as long as they keep a low profile, busts are actually rather infrequent. I notice a new place is frequently busted but think this is just the cops way of showing who is boss.

As others have said, AMPs are the big thing here, and you can get a pretty much guaranteed experience, especially using these forums for research. If you are interested in escorts, there are some good escorts here, but many come and go. Mostly touring escorts stopping in Hawaii. When Hawaii has a really good oneat actually lives here, she usually leaves for greener pastures. EROS has had upwards of 35 ladies advertising at once, and as low as 6. I think right now it is about 10. I guess it is a slow time right now. Some of the ladies on eros can be scams or flakes just like with other ad sites. So always check them out for reviews and information elsewhere using google and review sites. Another escort ad site is ********. As for agencies, Volcano Girls has been around a long time and is wel established. Some of the VG ladies have excellent reviews and some not so good, so it is still good to check theim out. Perhaps single mongers who have no shame or nothing to lose don't care about being busted. Me? I stay with AMPs and well reviewed escorts (on boards or websites or other monger referrals). However, IF it happens, make sure not to tell LE anything except your name and address (as required by law). LE will imply that girls have already told them that they have admitted pay for sex, but do NOT believe it. Do not deny it, just do not admit it. Hopefully the AMP girls will know NOT to admit to any sex for pay. If both mongers and AMP girls remain silent, LE will have not have a case.

It is important not to lie to the police, but you can always refuse to talk. USE that right! Except for your identity, tell them your have no further comments without a lawyer. That is your right.

And if politicians and LEs want to shut down every relaxation place and AMPs they can do so easily. Every single one. I don't know how Rosemarri got brought down but I heard feds were involved, IRS and immigration. Maybe Rose was not an experienced businesswoman and brought heat on herself. Regardless, I think all the brothels are allowed to operate by the good graces of the powers that be. I guess it'll just take some time before the girls "accept" me. I ended up at an AMP across from 939 (makai) upstairs, after someone (a fellow monger I guess) suggested it. I don't know the name of the place but was greeted by mama and placed in a the stock and standard room, had and a nice MILF named Rose, she was pretty eager to please and seemed pretty playful. I'm still not sure as to the rating system here (I did see a post that outlined it but am to lazy atm to dig for it) but in my current state of drunkeness (about a 6. 5 of 10) I would repeat. The only charge that could stick on a customer is the misdemeanor prostitution charge. In fact the "prostitute or a patron of a prostitute" are specifically exempted from the felony charge. Look at the statute again:

Even if they never said the wrong words as I suggested in my first post, MS's could probably be felony busted for "permits premises to be regularly used for prostitution purposes" particularly if prosecutors could show a pattern of successful misdemeanor prosecutions of the girls over a period of time. There is a real danger to mongers if MS's and owners are felony convicted because it could make owners unwilling to keep their businesses open. The AMP supply could dry up and prices could rise. In fact an ex-SO of mine was considering buying out an existing AMP location in early 2011 when the changes were still in the legislature and I advised her not to buy because of the felony aspect.

I might add that it would seem a little cruel to jail that "ajima" in the apron as most are just hired help.

In fact most of the testimony at the capitol was about pimps and the intent was to reduce prostitution by taking away the incentive for pimps. Most of the Waikiki girls are on a circuit. If a few pimps are jailed for a year or more they may take Honolulu off their itineraries.

You are also right about a lot of busts being for other than prostitution. Several years ago, I was in the old Pine Tree when cops came in ski masks and all. A female cop looked in our room (I barely had my pants on) and just said "Stay in this room" and left. It turns out they were looking for a specific girl on drug charges. On other occasions, I have been told by providers that the bust at XXX place were not a big deal to them because it was for immigration. The wiser owners check new girls for green card or US citizenship. View from the mainland. I have heard of two reverse stings. First was at an Asian AAMP in Costa Mesa. 15 yrs ago, a city with tons of AMPs. They turned the MS, and she set up the customer with voice / wire and got for solicitation. Why they went to the trouble I don't know, as it the area there were other AMPs over the years.

The other was in the last two years in Fountain Valley, a city not tolerant of any funny business. They replaced the whole staff with decoys, both Asian and white for a few days and got about 10 mongers. They were sending a big message, be very low key.

I like the idea in Hawaii of girls in bikinis etc. Can't recall any places like that around So Calif.

You guys are having more fun then us, as table shower and GFE and are about non existent in So Calif AMPs a a normal routine.

When my reservoir is full, meaning I have not busted a nut for 5, 6, or 7 days, it is very hard to have stamina. And if I don't want to beat off and I am not getting freebie, it is not as much fun going to AMPs once a week or once every two weeks and come prematurely or quickly. Does anyone have any suggestions in fixing this problem. I have to take the pill on an empty stomach anyway. Would stronger dosage on a really empty stomach make a difference?

These days I feel (probably due to this board) I see much hotter and more service oriented girls but I take a lot lot longer to pop and sometimes have to settle for a HJ to finish. Never taken viagra.

Hypo I had the same thing with choi the hottest AMP girls would take at least 20 min but with Choi it was quick. Not like she is that hot.
