Generally speaking, however, It's pretty lousy for customers not to tip in most situations- whether if it's for a massage, at a restaurant, bellman, etc.

As I stated 20 is for BAD service. I have had on occasion tipped this little. Most notably Jenny's sister (old guys will remember Jenny from about 10 years ago). She really didn't want to work there and her service showed it. One other lady, can't remember her name, gave me a memorable experience the first time, then the next time was the second worse time I have had there.

On the other hand, I have tipped 40 and more for service beyond (but still withing rules) the strict call of duty. Danielle is one that has always gotten a great tip from me for outstanding enthusiasm.
