I have tried Salem area during day and saw virtually nothing except some black gals wth friends. At first I thought they might be BSP's but they never took my bait. Most were very attractive and dressed very well. This was last summer or fall when Lusty Lloyd was reporting on the area.

As for LE presence my observations are that some nights there are hardly none out and the next or 2 nights later they are thick. There have been eves and nights when hardly a marked cruiser was spotted in several hours. And during the day, before, 7pm I rarely see any out.

Basically if you see a lot of LE out on a given night, wait until the next. It should be clean and green.

Got a call at 5:30 which wrecked my sleep, so I thought I would take a pass at 3/5/X, as it was good to me last night. After 2 or 3 loops I concluded that there was nothing on X, 1 sub-par WSW on 5, and a smorgasbord on 3. At least a dozen in the 45 minutes that I was out. Top pick was a cutie dressed all in black by the covenience stores near the Shell station. She acted a little goofy so by the time I decided to strike she was gone.

Second best was Carolyn. 24, blond, petite, good body with long giner lips, but could use a little tightening up in the belly. To her credit she took good care of herself, clean, made up, hair pulled back, and cute matching black and pink bra and panties. On the other hand her diction was so bad you could hardly understand her. Just a hunch, but maybe when LEO is nowhere to be seen it doesn't mean they aren't there. They are in unmarked/undercover vehicles instead. When the decoys are out they may pull marked units out of the area so that their seemingly light presence may encourage or enable a monger to approach the decoy. Mind your P's and Q's even when it seems as noone is looking.

In a feudal attempt to debunk the premise that 3rd rocks, I tried a pass at 1:30 in the morning. While the density of SWs was down from my dawn and dusk experiences report previously it was by no means dead. In 30 minutes I saw 6 SWs, 2 of which were white, one of those was really hot. I stalked her for a few minutes and kept crossing paths with two other mongers. One in an old black sedan and the other in a late model minivan. This girl was shadowed by a brother who was constantly on the phone. Finally, they broke and I moved in for the pick.

Her name was Loni. She's tall, maybe 5'9", thin, with long straight brown hair to the middle of her back. I was looking for a lot of DFK, fingering, and a HJ with BJ finish. Maybe it is the 1600p time slot. Or maybe because it is Monday, but on my 2 hour drive around 3,5, X and Main I only saw one blonde SW on 5. And she was'nt all that.

While I was waiting for Tara last night, I was driving the loop. The best times for a pickup seem to be right after sunset. The darkness does get out the workers on 3rd and 5th.

So there was a sting operation; a few guys were arrested, and a bunch of ugly women. One of them(a BTV) has AIDS. Apparently LEO hit the west side as well, and arrested some ugly BSWs. So none of the women had AIDS I guess.

Lately I've been running the monger trails without buying. There seems to always be a lot of girls out from 9am til noon. They are all over 3rd. So many out there that I often sense Leo may be up to some stinging troubles. Thus, I usually fly by.

The garage that I used does have entrance and exits covered by cameras, where we parked is not in the field of view of any working camera. I checked that out in advance.

If they wanted prove I was in the garage, they could. As far as catching me in the act, which is my greatest concern, knowing how those camera systems work, there is less of a chance than almost any other daytime street level venue. Plus a couple of stealth measures that never hurt, just for safety.

I talked to a fellow monger recently regarding busts. He said that July has been high, especially around the holiday and the middle of the month. He confirms that 3rd is the hottest location, both for busts and stings.

Between Third and Riverview. Heard about an attractive BSW, with a great body and great lips. Around 9 AM. Passed her a couple of times, and some interest shown. She got in, LE check. Well I was bored Saturday night so I thought I would drive around a bit. The past two weeks from 9am until mid afternoon there was a crew of 4 or 5 wsw and bsw's operating on 3rd and Irwin. It seemed that they rarely left the block, hanging out at or very near to that drugstore. There was also always a white certain shirtless white dude sitting nearby. He was always on a cell. He seemed to be watching cars.

Funny thing is they are all gone this week.

Wow, talk about jackpot or luck. A pair of 21yo's, back-to-back,....er (unt-to-(unt. Well not exactly muff-to-muff, but they were within an hour or less. I had just dropped Brittney 21yo off at home, and rolled 3rd and 5th. Within 15 minutes of the drop I roll up on 5th and Huffman, and there she is, Angel.

Went for a drive. GPS helps a lot to learn the streets. Cruised around for a couple of hours in the dard. I didn't see much, but I did see one on 3, but someone else got her. Was driving up X and passed one, but decided to see if there was another one up the road and if she were there when I rode back I'd stop. Well she was there. She wanted. 4, and told I wasn't going for it. We drove and parked. Negociated $30 and then asked for FS, she was down. I hopped on for a bit but wasn't getting anywhere. As I was driving her back, she mentioned she was gay and had a gf and I could stop by sometime. Not sure what I will do with that one.

If you can't get laid in this town, well you just can't get laid. There are many more available each day of the week than there are days in the week. Just compare my menue with PG's 8-pack. Hell I got 1 or 2 a day and only met with PG's Thursday. BTW, the same goes for BBBJTC.

As for LE and risks, fear, etc; Wednesday they were out in force as I reported, but Thursday and Friday I could not find a cop on the eastside until after midnight and then something was going on off 3rd near More. There were about 6 LE cars there.

So, it's not as risky as you make it, at least certain days. And there are a plethora of yummy honeys to scoop or contact. I love this town!
