I started going there relatively soon after they opened in the summer of 2016. Strange but nice lady; strange operation. They never finished turning the old house fully into a spa. It started cluttered & never got better, degenerating into messy grubbiness. Noticed the same dead roach in the massage room over several visits late last year. Always wondered about the cleanliness of the towels she used.
