I don't know how they had planned to enforce the rule of the taxi kickbacks had it passed. Those guys would have found a way to get paid, they make alot of money through kickbacks.
My friend "used" to be a cabbie, he quit because of the dangers. He told me many stories of what goes on and we don't know the half through the news.

In response to the PMs I’ve been getting I’m going to distribute some more information on the downtown SW area that was new to me. I’m not yet sure whether it should be through post or PM. I sometimes stay at the Imperial Palace, where some of the best looking waitresses in all Vegas work. I am staying at a well known hotel off the strip. It is very close to the LV convention center. I have now read quite a few reports of cg's for less than $200 down to as low as $100. I only believe one of those reports due to the credibility of the poster and the way the report was couched.
Now, I would love to have easy access to cg's for $100 a pop. But this reporting totally goes against everything I have ever experienced, and I have experienced a lot. I have never had a cg even contemplate $100....they split and say "see ya later" immediately. The one time it was accepted, the two cg's stole all my money and all my friends money. Even at $150, while some cg think it over for a minute, they have always declined. At $200, about 75% of cg's have accepted.
I should add a qualifier....I only pickup white or latina cg's. Maybe black cg's accept less. I know the girls that ripped me and my friend off were black.

Actually I met one last year that I got for free. I used that southern charm, fed her, listened and well we clicked and I was seeing her for a few months at a time. She just moved back to the South back in April. That was really luck of the draw there.
