Alina V. Priadko. 24, and Saida K. Babaeva. 28, who shared a room at the Red Roof Inn on Mount Carmel-Tobasco Road in Union Township, were also indicted by a grand jury Wednesday on charges of soliciting.
More in the article, but I just saw this on the new feed.
Another Scumb off the Streets

Funny how the prosecutor was willing to drop all of the rape charges against working girls in exchange for guilty plea on the 15 year old girl.
Same double standard is in effect. And LE wonders why the providers are so reluctant to work with them. At least the providers helped get this guy off the streets.

Police Women of Cincinnati
Anyone watch this week's episode? It had Lilly's bust from back in November when she did the run for Naughty Bodies. That bust, and the media report, actually made her quit the "business".
These two gals are having a bad couple of months. Arrested again in Orlando, FL

More in the article, but I just saw this on the new feed.
These two were just arrested in Orlando as part of a Russian sex traffricking ring, operating in FL. The Feds did the busting this go round. Seems like their 15 mins of fame is about up here in the US. I would call this a bad month for these two gals.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. The clip is called Digital Solicitation.
Publicity vs. Convictions
Interestingly, I just looked her case up on the court clerk's web site. She was charged with solicitating, sex business and license of massage practitioner.
All charges were dismissed 2/14/11. Could be that she had a good lawyer, as both defendent and the state placed demands for discovery, or could be that she is being very cooperative.
Could also be that this is not about obtaining convictions. Think about it; how much caution does an arrest like this instill in everyone if it is a quiet arrest, versus one with all that the fanfare that this created on national TV. Besides, in order for them to convict they would have to blow the cover of the informant in the house, and it may not be worth that either. I think it is much more about mileage, rather than putting this gal away for a few months at the JC; and too maybe she is informing. Always a possibility too.
On the show. The legalities
The only one I can think of off the top of my head is the drunk Children's Hospital doctor that hit the father / son with his car. His face was blurred. I'd think he would have better legal representation than most of the other subjects featured on the show. Apparently not good enough to keep him off of the show entirely though.
These videos are taken in public and in cooperation with official police business, so there is no amount of legal rep that is going to keep them from using the footage. Their only obligation is not show any identifying characteristics if a release is not signed. E. G. Face pics, license plate, signs on a car, truck or business.
I have never watched any of these Cincy PD episodes, other than what are in small clips online. But it doesn't seem that they use anyone's name, or at least I haven't heard that when I have viewed the few that I have. Names are hardly any different than the newspaper publishing someone's name from public record, via an arrest report. The paper is only reporting what did happen, not passing any judgment on guilt or innocense; (wink, wink).
BTW, what episode was the arrest of the Childrens Hosp Dr on? Is that clip online, I would like to watch that. For other reasons; curious.
