If the image quality and pixel density is high enough, you can zoom in on a still image and get a very good (if not clear) read on the plate, adequate for any LPR software to read and interpret.

Little rectangular box mounted about mid way up on light poles with blinking amber lights. Not to mention the cameras mounted above almost every intersection. You are being surveilled 24/7.

I drive into town the place across from CVS, the yellow house, was being busted. Atleast 6 police cars, 8 to 10 police.

One on rt9 re-opened with new name, and supposedly new owner but mamasan was same as before, the one by CVS had a sign up for several weeks they were closed for a "water problem", just reopened a few weeks ago.
