Nevertheless, a matching tip is a good guide. Of course, you could always start low, then increase during session if it's not enough.

My advice: Stick with the older ones, as younger girls in American places tend to have attitudes.

My current favorite place on the Block is Jewel Box (downstairs). I like this place because it is one of the few bars there that actually has a booth that allows for the girl to be in your lap. Plus, the booth affords a degree of privacy. Price is $70 for 5 songs, plus tip. Tip is neg. I generally tip $40, which they seem very happy with. A little more can get you A LOT more depending on the girl.

The Block is an area of Baltimore known for Strip Clubs. Unfortunately, I've been to a few, but for the life of me can't remebemer where the hell it is (a very drunken Bachelor Party Limo Ride).

"The Block" is on E Baltimore Street a few blocks north of Inner Harbor. This block is filled with MANY strip clubs. Most are the same, with a hawker outside trying to convince you that their club is better. The reality is that most are the same. Least expensive drinks are $6-7, and increase from there. There's a lot of pressure from bartenders & dancers to buy them $20 drinks for their company. The drinks they get are tiny, and they only stick around long enough to chug them. They then try to sell you higher priced "drinks" which come with lap dances ($70 + tips).

It's an experience to have periodically, but the clubs on the block are highly overpriced and HUGE hustle joints.

That being said, every strip club enthusiast should visit The Block at least once.

All clubs besides The Hustler Club offer no cover charge, but you are expected to immediately purchase a drink. The Hustler Club charges $15-$20, but you can print a coupon from their website for admission prior to 9 PM.

Every time I visit The Block, I say I will never return, due to the high pressue. I'm good for at least one visit a year, though, so it must not be all that bad.
