As described above, the spa is located in a cluster of townhomes-looking offices, with the spa on the 2nd floor.
The good and the bad:
The good: my provider did a good legit massage with teasing around my ass and underneath reaching, with her fingernails caressing my ass cheeks and balls. I got up on all fours and had her tease me some more. I busted a very good nut. I got my full half hour, I was not shorted on time.
The bad: my provider was frumpy: short and kind of chubby, not a real looker, thus I did not do any groping and just laid back and enjoyed the edging and teasing. Also, there is no table shower that I was aware of.
I tipped 60 because the legit massage was very good and she took direction well with edging me, using different techniques to edge me and tease me. I don't know if other providers work at this place but given my provider was frumpy, I will not visit again regardless of the good legit massage and edging. I need visuals to really get me off. But shout out to the mongers on here who provided info on this place, it's always exciting to try out a new AMP.
100% Legt NO L1 Available
Mira is 100% legit, no L1 available. I've seen her for about a year now and yes the drive is far, but it's worth it. Don't be mislead by the non or minimal draping, in conversations she told me she doesn't do this. That said, the massage is excellent! If I get the 90-min session, I end up falling asleep at some point. She also does a great gentle massage of the abdomen, again not a signal for L1, but the massage loosens up your bowels and you'll have some good farts after and good bowel movement the next day. Do respect her, treat her nice, and tip. Not all ladies are into giving L1, just awesome massages.
Expect a nice hug and maybe a light peck on the lips on the way out.

Full disclosure: I haven't had the pleasure (yet). But a forum search shows a few posts about the quality of her massage and others indicating that L1 is available.

IIRC, they sometimes stop taking appointments a day or so before leaving, but that can certainly vary. For any mongers who have them on their "fave list" or "to do" list, best not to wait too long to pull the trigger.
Highly recommend both for massage, service, attitude, and value.
