But as far as SB's asking for face pics in general, that's pretty normal. They all ask that eventually. Well, maybe not all, but all the ones I've met so far asked that at some point. They just want to know who they're meeting. I haven't had any problems because of it. Even for someone who's married I don't see that as a big risk. If all she has is an email sent from some random address with a totally wholesome and G-rated pic of you, that's not exactly a great basis for extortion. Avoiding Anthony Weiner territory is always a good idea when it comes to pic sharing though.
As far as the (likely) scam, my guess is getting face pics for extortion wasn't the end goal. Most likely there would have been some sort of follow-up regarding how she really wants to meet you and would totally travel to you if she had the funds. I'm taking the slow and methodical process with the SA site, but I've had decent conversations with a few prospects so far.
