It's not just dim-whited hookers. Every agency also runs the disclaimer on their web sites. It's necessary as a statement that the agency/escort is not advertising sex for hire-which, as we all know, is illegal... The disclaimer only prevents prosecution by the FCC for advertising illegal activities. it doesn't prevent a bust if the woman is caught conducting the actual activities.

Not to say things like the documentary don't happen all the time in the Ukraine but the whole thing seemed a bit contrived. I don't think the whole story was being told.
