Western Track/Jefferson Track

I know this area very well. I have lived in the area before and only live a stone's throw from it now. Over the years (I'm talking since the early '90s), I've studied the activity on Western and LE was never that concerned about the ladies and the way they made their money. LE would mainly make their rounds trying to keep gang activity down and looking for and pulling over cars with dudes riding 3 or 4 deep suspecting they were up to no good. A monger riding alone in his car at 1 or 2 in the morning would not get sweated. What is happening now on Western seems like mini version of what happens on Fig. LE is now aware of Fig type activity in another area and are now trying to "stomp it out".

Listen, Western used to be what I'd call a "neighborhood track" where girls from that or surronding neighborhoods would go out late at night to either get money for their habits or to feed their kids, pay rent, bills, etc. You'll still see crackheads of course, but there was a good chance you'll roll up on the single mother on public assistance, or even just the neighborhood hoodrat, that needs some extra scratch for whatever reason. Now LE sees some of the same girls from fig as well as some of the same monger cars on Western and says, oh shit, they're coming over here now. LE could look past the low level trade that used to happen on Western because girls would be dressed "normal", would'nt be wearing skimpy clothing frontin' like they talkin' to someone on their cell phone at a bus stop at 3 in the morning (bitches, one-time knows the fuckin' bus don't run at 3am), they would'nt be in packs, no pimps patrolling the ave, etc. When you bring in people from out of the area (streetwalkers, pimps, and mongers), you open up the floodgate for an assortment of other criminal activity. For instance, a neighborhood track girl is a little less likely to try and steal from someone in her own neighborhood that she thinks might live nearby and whom she could run into again during the day, simply because they live close to one another. A majority of the Fig scene is "imported", which means its like a mini vegas of sorts. The girls don't care if they steal from you because half of them don't live anywhere near Fig. And many of the mongers are driving several miles on sometimes 2 and 3 freeways to get there and the girls know that. If they know you don't know shit about the Fig area and the gang activity, etc. That surronds that area, they know they can steal from you, and even if you see them do it try to spook you with "I'm gonna yell out to my homeboys to come if you don't let me out the car or whatever! " kinda shit. And jackers know Fig is easy pickens as well because most dudes picking up girls on fig are from out of the area. And they all know (prostitutes, pimps, and jackers alike) that if something goes down, that a regular joe is highly unlikely to try to take on the "unknown elements" of the surronding Fig area. Anyway, I digress, LE is going to be hot on Western until the Fig girls and the activity that goes along with them go away, period. LE doesn't care about somebody gettin' some pussy, what makes headlines is the middle-aged father of 4 from the subburbs that gets wind of this track, comes down here and gets himself robbed, beat-up, or even worse and finds himself at LAPD SouthWest Division trying to explain what he's doing down here at this hour and excatly what just happened. And posting trip reports on a separate Western tread doesn't help, imho. Hos have laptops now, they look at these sites as well. Now, they may not read through all the posts like we do and sift out where the action truly is, but if there is a big ass neon sign that says "Western Track", they along with LE has to think "If there is enough activity going on there for them to create a separate tread in its honor it MUST be worth checking out! "

Don't get me wrong, knowledge transfer/sharing is great, but we can't act like we're the only ones able to read this site. I just think we should make it a little harder for the novice or investigator.

Visibly more SW and crackheads are hanging out on Western Ave during the day between Exposition and King, particularly near the Pine Tree Motel. There was an altercation and stabbing yesterday afternoon at 38th & Western, which is close to a medical clinic, a public library and an elementary school. So many girls, but so many leo. I decided to check out this track last night around 200 am. I am listening and reading Black Ice's 21 comments. He makes a great deal of sense. I've come across some LE officials in the past and they don't give a care about you getting between the panties. I think that what I wanted to emphasize is what you said about a great deal of guys coming from a different county and having to explain his actions for being in a rural area as South Central. I love the Western Track and I must say that LE can really only do so much. You know why gang? Because they don't have enough personnel. I would have to say to the true mongerer this: When you're out and about please stop looking so obvious. Please look for LE every few seconds in your mirrors. Don't pick up a SW on the obvious and normal street they usually hang on. I take all of my girls I pick up off of the track. One thing Black Ice and I have in common is geography. LE has known about the Western track for years. This board will not change that. What this board does help out, is the monger with information. I count my lucky stars that I have not been busted, but a lot of it is owed to the information on how to pick up a SW.

That's what separates USASexGuide mongers from the average monger, we will be on the lookout. We won't ask THE stupid question (how much) until they are in the vehicle and off the track. We look around the block for LE, and don't do U-turns in the middle of the street.

Okay boys. Here we go with another successful adventure and lay. I start out to Los Angeles at about 7:42p.m. I hit the Western track and nothing really exciting. I was out from approximately 7:42p.m. to 1:00a.m. Decided to visit a friend for a minute and then head back out at about 9:00p.m. Low and behold they were in the 100's and so was Po-Po stopping all kinds of people. I went down several tracks and the action was scattered. Guess what though. The Low Riders were out as well cruising down Western and a bit down Manchester.

You can never be to careful with the motorcycle cops. They can sneak up on you and will never see them. There a lots of places and buildings to hide. So it's a good idea to scout out the area so you know the potential hiding spots. About 5 years ago a I motorbike cop pulled me over when I stopped to pick up this hot blonde on Sunset. I think LE does not patrol as much due to the low quality of selection: mostly Crackheads from my previous experiences. but does seem to be getting better, may fig is becoming overcrowded w/ competiton and therefore more competitive.

I haven't done any research lately but from what I've read about Western lately and a very interesting story in the Fig section by a dude who almost found himself in a VERY compromising position, what I can say is keep your guard up, trust your instincts, and always follow your first mind. Cruising down Western track this morning around 4am heading south, spotted 2 young BSW near the apartment complex.
