She's was accommodating with texts and quick responses. Arriving on time without waiting is preferable but sometimes things happen.
I think anything from 5-10 minutes of wait time is fair game, I rather them finish and clean up the room and splash some water on themselves to freshen up before the next person is better than me potentially tasting someone else's sweat or worse on anywhere they are touching me. 20 minutes on an appointment scheduled time is a little hard to explain, but this place usually have a third person to give you a warm up massage or keep you company though, don't know what the whole heated discussion is about really.
