I'm above average in size and can fit 3 sizes fine, so I just can't fit the Okamoto 001s well (but it's possible with practice). So there is broad overlap in sizing. A perfectly average guy should fit an Okamoto 001 no problem. A magnum may struggle even with the Sagami 001 L.

Due to its thinness, 001s can be hard to roll down especially in combo with being a bit small. Worst case, you can unroll it down your finger 2 inches and then slide it on to continue unrolling (this is not easy either).

About 002s and 003s, they are great too and a bit easier to roll down. I tested the ones Chanel2 had and they weren't far from bb either.
