I do believe it was her I saw by the car wash in Tacoma. I was amazed to see her alive, if that is what you would call it. Long ago she told me she had some connection there, a pimp I think.

The age of consent in Washington is 16, so she'd have to be under that to get busted for statutory rape. However he could have gotten busted for patronizing a juvenile prostitute, a felony. Or he could have gotten busted for communication with a minor for immoral purposes, a gross misdeameanor, but still requiring sex offender registration.

It all adds up to same thing "registered sex offender" and it's not smart. But it seems that it would be hard for the cops to bust a person for "communication with a minor for immoral purposes". This would mean that unless a guy admitted guilt the SW would have to talk.
