now for a real report the 19th and 20th street report is a good one although it won't last long there are LE evreywhere. There is one AMP in Barboursville. Haven't had the pleasure of testing the waters, but I've heard it is 'ok' (no raves). A few years ago it ran into a bit of trouble with LE when it was busted along with others in the state owned by the same person(s). Well after cruising Charleston and NOT finding an acceptable provider for exception oral skills.
