I don't expect it to continue since 203 appeared run-down and don't know how "clean" this place will end up being.

I'm not sure what street parking is like in the area because it's been a while and I only parked in that lot. It was not a sex place so I had no concerns about raids and getting boxed-in or trapped in that lot. Another member had a good example of why he used street parking when visiting Hulas.

Nani is the total GFE package. Young Korean Pasadena hottie with very good English. Several of us posted reviews of Nani in the 203 thread.

But not necessarily like Kison with the BBFS service. More like how Blooming / CC203 was. Some of the girls at Rejuve moved from CC203.

Is Kiko FKA Aki? Never got the chance to see Aki, but wanted to, finally called up last month and MS said Aki on vacation. Really liked the picture of Aki laying on her stomach. She looked thicker than a snicker in all the good ways in that picture.

If not Aki, it is another girl who has been there before, those pictures are just too familiar.

Rejuve has a small parking lot behind the building and I was lucky enough to snag a spot. If this place picks up, there might not be enough spaces for everyone. The inside was clean and looked newly refurbished. The shower is spacious and a full bathroom, so you can do all the business in there that you need to do before hand. No table shower though for those mongers who like that service. Rooms are about the same size as Empire with a Twin size bed. The only problem for some may be that the main entrance faces Beretania and there's always constant traffic going on there. I think this place can do well assuming the other girls can give similar service that Nani does.
