Of course I never broached the subject and quite frankly if a Provider asked me if I wanted BB I would end the session because the thought of it would be a turn off.

I don't see a lot of providers but have only had one (a craigslist poster) ask if I wanted BBFS. It was years ago in Orlando and I declined and never saw her again. I wouldn't be surprised if your 75% guess is accurate. I also wouldn't be surprised if some current and former forum sweethearts are on the list. There have been mongers who offer extra cash for BBFS. There have been ladies who give BBFS instead of losing the cash if no condoms are available. It is the business they are in.

I stopped giving DATY over a year ago. This is one reason why. Yes, it is easier for a lady to catch something than it is for a guy to catch something, but why take a chance.

From the Captain's perspective.

Know more than a few providers who offer FS BB, either consistently on on "spur of the moment".

Most of the Providers that "consistently" offer said service are USUALLY lower on the price range, and are USUALLY suffering from a medication shortage which makes the ah, urgency of the moment preclude all the retrieving, fumbeling, and trying to rip it open activities and the Monger is encouraged to dive right in. So, having made a statement that most of the Membership will be shaking their heads in agreement with, does one really truly want to go where 100,200, 500,1,000 other Guys have been? Roll them dice, My Brothers.

I have also had the pleasure of a few, very few, Top Level Providers who have, on "the spur of the moment" made such an offer and I just figured the stars were all alligned perfectly, and the mood was right, and the longstanding mutual trust was there, and; well; fevered emotions were at work and it just sort of happened, but I would not report, or Review, or publicly publish something that happens occasionally in very rare and very unique circumstances. I just got lucky one time, you know?

To any of the Membership who really want to know which Providers I personally know, and the list really isn't that long, of the "consisitent ones". Well PM me.
