Several freelance unlicensed pharmaceutical distributors operate in that area, both on foot and from houses. If I can point out the houses and people, I'm certain Uncle LEO is well aware of them. The faces and houses have changed over the last 20+ years, but the area hasn't. Now one could argue that the dealers are just following the girls to make it more convenient for them, and therefore increase their sales, but that's a different discussion.
