My 2 cents worth, yes the heat is on in Covington and a lot of girls have been busted, but I cut through Covington at least twice a week (middle of day) and always take Madison to Pike to Main to get downtown Cincinnati, on to way I check in the hope of a hot WSW. Every time I go through at least 6 WSW out including today. But the problem is that none are above a 5 (mostly 4s and 3s) on a 10 point scale and their appearance indicates heavy drug use. While I do not get to lph or cental pkway that often same 5 or less. Sure not like it was in years gone by! I agree it is a wasteland, but a wasteland of quality.

And the cops in covington know them and don't really want to mess with them unless they have to. Even with the newer jail that they built they have a overcowing problem and in cost the county a pretty penny to house them in another county. So yeah I will agree it might be a quality but I would never thoguht someone out there would mess with them being that most are at the end of the road.
