Anytime a person is caught that does not have a previous record, I consider an enticement.
Also, was there a prostitute present when you were arrested. If not then "enticement" seems a logical conclusion. Anyway, I do agree with Blade82 and suggest you see an attorney.

Greetings. Long time reader, now re-registered under a different username and posting.
New to Hawaii and I have a question. I've hit the Pink and Golden Queen AMPs a total of 3 times since being here. They were pretty good (see my post in the AMP forum) , but to be honest I am looking for something different.
