Assault at JR Lounge China Town
Stopped by JR Lounge on the 26th to have a drink. Kathy was in the bar. She normally works at Club Sun on Cummins street which is closed on Sundays. Bought her a drink at the bar. We sat apart. One empty bar stool between us. Chatted some.
I was in and out. Smoking outside the bar. After about 30 minutes a Viet man in his 30's came in and sat in a booth. He was staring at Kathy. They had some not too pleasant Viet words back and forth for about 5 minutes. Kathy kept telling him to be quiet. Told me just a friend. Then he stood up and started making a scene. Kathy ran to opposite end of bar. They were yelling at each other. Fuck You. Etc.
The owner told this man to leave. Tried to call 911. Then she called the bouncer. Meanwhile. A little birdy tells me this was her boyfriend. So I go outside. Then they really started yelling. Kathy the boyfriend and the owner. Owner kicked the Viet man out of the bar. He came outside. Mumbled something to me. Started to walk off. Then circled back and hit in the head from behind.
I walked away. Turned told him to stop. And what was his problem. I did not know him. He circled around. Pulled out a gel pin and attempted to stab me while punching me. Told him to knock it off. Or I would really hurt him. He then jumped up and kicked me.
By then the other patrons came out. And stopped this crazy little man.
I ask the owner where is HPD already?
So I called them in. Told the little man he assaulted me and is going to jail.
He ran off into the night.
Police came and report filed.
Kathy claimed she did not know the man.
At least the owner stood by me and backed up my story.
Assault 3 filed.
Police looking for a 5' 4" Viet male in 30's, short hair, Polo Shirt, Red and Green Stripes.
Later Kathy stated she HAD NO IDEA what that was about. Just some crazy customer of hers.
Yeah. Right.
Lesson. Many of these Viet women have a real true blooded Viet man stashed somewhere. If not a Viet. Then some other man. But always have found at least one man behind the scenes.
Your a better man than me

Cops?
Hit in the head?
I save my testosterone for all the use I can muster inside an AMP, not at a bar fight. ROB hoes is enough, dealing with their angry BF's or whoever is NOT my idea of a relaxing evening out for fun. Your a better man than me for how you controlled your emotions and stood by without engaging.
Smart guy, you're obviously akamai about this stuff. Good for you.
If I'm in a bar and a conversation starts to get elevated anywhere within ear shot, never mind who it is or what it's about, I'm looking for the nearest exit. If it continues, I ask for my tab. If it starts getting pushy, I leave cash and walk out, never looking back.
You never know when the knife or gun will be revealed and I don't want to be "detained" by any police for any reason ever. Anywhere. No matter how little I may have been involved or what I witnessed. Angry men in bars are a bad combo. Angry, jealous men in bars are usually a volatile mix. An angry guy, jealous, and drunk (hard to tell if you don't know him) usually leads to a lot of trouble, injury, or death. Sometimes all the above.
In that situation, you can't leave fast enough.
This is why I only MONGER and never cruise the bars anymore. Stay safe bros!
