In my experience with her, she has always been clean and friendly. Her other end has never smelled bad, either--and I've spent a good bit of time with my face buried there. The only negative I ever had with her was the quality of her incall. She always seems to use the cheapest, lowest quality places. But since I'm not staying the night, it really doesn't matter to me.
