The simple truth is. Nobody can offer enough encouragement, help or well wishes to an addict.

When / if they can choose to change their behavior is when they will get better. In most cases that's pretty rare for ANY form of addiction.

From my experience. Even if you were magically able to convince her to get better. I can almost promise you will get Zero credit for any help you gave. They usually will take all the credit for themselves for changing their behavior "on their own".

Fuck, you're barely past the dope sickness letdown and they send ya out the door. Gone are the days of spending months in rehab, getting your shit back together and possibly somewhat in order.
