I was passing by vegas so I decided to stay at MGM grand to check out cg. It was Monday night but the casino floor was still full of people. Sorry for the delay in posting this. Was in LV July 9-14 and went hunting each night. Mostly strolled PH, Paris, Cosmo, Bellagio and Ceasars but did go over to NYNY and MGM one night and Venetian / Wynn another.
Cosmo:
By far the best selection for weeknights. Mostly hunted between 12 and 3 am and had a pretty decent selection (meaning 3 or 4 girls, white, AA). All dressed to kill. Saw one white CG there on multiple nights. Caught her eye and found out she was asking for 800-1 k to go back to the room. She was smoking hot but definitely not paying anywhere near there. The black CG's were very obvious in how they dressed and acted and were getting approached by security.
PH:
Generally dead. Did see a couple of white, decent looking CG's, not dressed too outrageously, playing slots and looking around between 7 and 8 pm on a weeknight. When I came back around, they were gone, either moving on or got some action.
Bellagio:
Dead for me, didn't see anything notable.
Ceasars:
Mostly AA and aggressive both in the casino and outside by the bushes. Had one quote me 300 for anything I want but was way heavier than I like.
Paris:
Interesting thing here, I would get up early (6 am) and get breakfast. Paris was busy (along with the sidewalk in front) with scantily clad AA girls looking for one last date before calling it quits. Very obvious bringing someone back at that time but I'm sure one could be had for cheap.

I was in Vegas recently (and going back in about 2 months) and had the following experience:
Bellagio: As early as 10 PM, saw a number here. Mostly AA, one thick white. Some very attractive. Saw one guy negotiating but they couldn't close the deal and after she told her friend 'that's just not enough'.
PH: Was just generally dead in there, saw two AAs around midnight but the vibe there was terrible.

Paris / Ballys / Shops: At the shops in front of Ballys / Paris, by the Fuel Bar and Wahlburger, there was a bunch. That seemed to be where they went when they wanted to sit for a few / have a drink, etc. 2-for-1 cheap drinks will probably do that. Saw 10 or so here over the course of 2 hours. Agree on this based on several visits to Cosmo. Tons of action at the lobby bar. You can also find plenty at the Chandelier Bar's casino level area. They tend to meander back and forth between those 2 bars. As you walk from one to the other bar, you will see plenty strolling that path. If you have time in the early morning also, from maybe 5-8 am, you can find some and usually negotiate a good rate. Expect to pay at least $300. You can negotiate lower but it will likely have a negative impact on the service as noted in some recent posts.

Any good experiences at Paris? I usually stay at Caesar's and get approached a lot. I do enjoy sitting at a bar and seeing who comes around. But if I should do that some where else, sounds like Cosmo is good start. Just curious if Paris will be a waste of time.

There were a lot of wakers between the pathway between Paris and bally and at Sully bar in Ballys I got approached a lot. Nothing special a lot of this price to go up I am guessing there is more upsell when you get them up or they leave the door open for someone to rob you.
