This is my first post to this site but I thought that sharing this might be helpful to some of the guys in Wilmington.
My friend / business associate was in Wilmington last weekend. He contacted a provider there named Stacy. He arrived on time and she kept him waiting in his car for a little over 15 minutes and so he left without seeing her. After he left he received a couple of strange texts from her. I saw what she sent. It was bizarre. He posted about it last week: post #2950.
