For example, if you search for an I'd with the age range set 30-40, and the user is 25, you won't see it. Moving the slider down to 20 will show you the user.
Confirming what I think someone else said before. Krissy used to be a very good provider, a little hard to catch as alternated in call or outcall or not working.
