I wish I had more than a scouting report, but I struck out today. Saw Rhonda walking up the hill on 3 around noon, turned around at the car wash and she was gone. Decent looking brunette at Irwin, but disappeared after I turned around. On L at X there was a nice chubby brunette, mixed or possibly hispanic wearing a low cut dress. Found Toni just after midnight on L near X. Don't think she was out long at all, barely wet from the rain.
