What kind of deal was the WSW talking about?

Last night I strolled thru SB at 2 am and I'm sad to report it was a complete ghost town. I only saw two BSW and one grotesque BBW. I also saw two cute white hunnies walking near Vanowen. They were both carrying luggage and wearing casual clothing, that is why I didn't bother to try to pick them up. They almost look homeless. One of them had a mini kid's scooter. Some mongers did try to pick them up but they just continue walking. I drove all the way to north SB till 118, then I decided to stroll Lank. Same situation until I drove near Lank / Burbank. Spotted what appear to be a SW in short skirt. Upon closer look, turn out to be a TS. I do admit this TS did look much better in a skirt than any SW I seen so far. I did notice this TS waving cars down, so I assume It was a SW. Anyway, my night ended and just decided to head home and prepare later that morning to plan on strolling Fig / L. A (See my report). So I cruised Lankershim sanfernando and sepulveda the other night. There was nothing at all nada. So I decided to go in to that strip pub on sepulveda. Cover was 5 $ and the girls where ok. I got a lap dance from a pushi broad. 20 $ it was good she wanted me to pay 80 $ for 5 min. I told her no. I said I rather give you a 100 $ and have you keep it all. She said no I can't. I have found some girls here and there, but they are mostly random homeless types that could use a few bucks, and they are few and far between. Hardly ever see anyone more than once.

I do see a lot of cops, though. The new 7-11 on Lankershim that shares its parking lot with Carl's Jr. Is a hive of homeless activity. Almost every time I drive by lately there is a cop car or two parked in the lot. The Jack-in-the-Box is open 24/7 and there are creatures hanging out there all the time at night, but not really working girls. I have seen some interesting ladies at the 7-11 on the corner of Victory and Vineland, but they all seem rather crazy. There is also a van and two cars parked there all the time, and I would be wary of any sting operation.

There's always someone out there, but good luck finding them before someone else does. I saw a guy pick up a girl a few days ago on San Fernando, and I've never seen her before. Probably never will again, since they seem to move on. Maybe police are hustling them out of the area too quick for us to track them.

Is SB an exception to everywhere else in terms of girls being out now that the internet business has been shut down?
