So I tried to post about a provider yesterday and got flagged in it and wasnt able to read what it is for, is there a way to contact admin to find out.

I am reading the posting guidelines and what I did was post an arrest record which included the charge of knowingly transmitting an STD which I figured I had to do to satisfy the not posting about STD allegations without public records accessibility but now I am also seeing it says don't post arrest reports.

So you guys can just know there is a SW / BP girl out there with an arrest record for prostitution with an std.

In a lot of States and I'm pretty sure Florida is one if a chick gets CONVICTED of prostitution part of the sentence is being screened for STD's, HIV and Hep X being some of them. If they have one of the deadlies they are informed and offered treatment. (I think) They are also informed that if they are convicted of prostitution again it will be on a different charge. Every state has a different name for it but essentially it's selling sex while positive for HIV or one of the HEP's.

If a chick gets [b]CONVICTED[/b] of that greater charge you can post it and be clear of both the STD and AIR infractions. It has to be a conviction though not being charged with it. Because they can pretty much charge people with whatever they want some assholes routinely charge chicks with this then lower it later. They do it so they can say "last year we arrested X amount of providers carrying the HIV virus and selling sex to justify the money they use to try and stop people from doing something that is legal in most developed countries.

If they were convicted of this then any reasonable person can assume they had been tested by a competent medical authority and do indeed have the disease. You must furnish the link in the posts
