Man what a sad state for strip clubs. After being bait and switched and having money to blow I thought I'd check out the strip clubs. I started at Scarlett's because you get the most mileage there. Nothing buts 3's and 4's. There was one 8 that walked in but she had a regular she was hanging on. I left in disappointment. Thought I'd try out Diamonds. If anything it was worse. If I wasn't a veteran and had to pay their cover charge I'd be fucking pissed. I'm sitting at the bar for the last 15 minutes and I've seen one girl talking to some dude. Not one other girl or customer to be seen. Might be a couple girls hiding in the VIP.
Is this club still open. Anything going on in Centerville 15X.

" It's going to get worse because the entitled "I can't put my cell phone down and carry a conversation" girls are "dancing" now. They just want money for looking good. Now it's all about selling videos and pictures on Snapchat and OF. You're better off getting a few UTRs and saving yourself a lot of headache and cash.

Devil Darling was around but I never got to check it out.
Pts was still fun 7 years ago. Took a gal and had a great time in the couples area. Getting blown while watching others fuck is awesome.
I'm sure the corporations that owned the clubs weren't willing to grease the wheel like the parlors.

There is also a good chance the new ownership wasn't greasing the local politicians like Pt's used to either. I would not be surprised if the city doesn't go after the massage parlors sooner than later.

I was on zoning and planning for a NW Chicago suburb many years ago.
We passed an ordinance that set this for clubs and massage:
Massage places needed a license, they had to have walls no higher than 4 feet where massage was done. They had to allow police to come in any time they were open. They had to have windows on the outside that were clear, and you could see the massage area. They had to be in the commercial district.
Clubs were allowed ONLY in areas for light industrial. They also had to be licensed, allow police in, and could NOT have a liquor license.
Fun fact, at that time, the ONLY zoned light industrial area was a cornfield. You'd need to sweet talk the owner into getting it paved, utilities, etc so you could be there. Really.
I just checked google maps. That area is just NOW getting some earth moved in that area!

The thing is the "Centreville" clubs were existing businesses so that ship had already sailed. I really think if the clubs would have fought the new ordinance they may have been able to block its enforcement. The issue centers around the "secondary effects" of the clubs. Recent court decisions have made it clear the municipality can't just boiler plate the alleged issues from other towns but must truly spend time and effort to show there is negative secondary effects caused by the clubs in their own town or towns of similar size and situation. Cahokia Heights did not do any of that, they just quickly passed the ordinance with very little notice and no actual study of the issue from what I can tell. Unfortunately the company that bought Pt's had already decided Centreville was no longer a viable location, they had shut down and I believe eventually leased it out to someone. So they weren't going dump a bunch of money into a big court fight and I suppose the Club Onyx owners didn't have the financial resources to fight it on their own.

Went in to see someone that took a break, and now was back. The best looking day shift I've seen in a while. Regretted that I didn't have time for anyone but who I came to see, but I'll definitely make time for others.
