The manager or "pimp" literally has to "manage" these girls in a way where they get what they want (usually drugs and girl luxuries) while making sure these girls actually do a good job to bring in the loot. A girl that can manage herself without losing control is hard to find. Normally they’ll seek out clients to help with certain things like rooms, rides, food, taking photos, sometimes posting for them and so forth. In my experience it’s hard to find one that relies on others that isn’t strung up though they do exist… course nowadays pimps are known for keeping their girls strung up (I prefer a girl that doesn’t look strung up tho weed is ok with me). I'm not saying dealing with a pimp is good as normally they're known for gangbanging shit, but a good manager keeps their product producing well, keeps the clients happy and also secures good safe locations.
