If anyone is monitoring your account all they see is that you are using those but they can't see your actual traffic, destinations, websites, etc. Unless they are real heavy metal hitters, pun intended, and if you are on that radar, for whatever activity, they are going to get you one way or the other. Regular folks need not worry much except perhaps for the crazy providers and / or loony ex wife's / gf's or their partners, handlers, etc. Always good to practice safe internet browsing.
