To me, I guess that is a bit strange. I didn't think you would ever find anything that far east in that area. I haven't ventured over to the Wells Station area but my assumption was always that any SWs that would be found would pretty much always be west of Graham and actually much closer to National than to Graham. I'm guessing maybe I'm wrong in that regard.

Our own attorneys tell us it is a good idea, but wouldn't hold much credibility if we get sued and it is signed and read in person.

These disclaimer statements are pointless. If, at any point, there is any agreement or discussion about money for sexual acts (sometimes even kissing), then you (or the woman) can be charged with patronizing (or promoting).

After you have paid $$+ after talking code and you want to "get what you paid for" she refers you to the disclaimer.

I think that, generally, you are correct. However, assuming you and the provider have been careful not to talk about any sexual acts, then a disclaimer like this -- properly worded -- might be helpful to show that there was no implication that money was being offered or accepted for sex. Problem is, most mongers and providers aren't careful enough to make the disclaimers useful.
