If the talent was much better and they measurably improved their attitude perhaps they could justify higher prices.

This is the ideal situation. I've experienced the same thing and even used the same illustratiton, in regard to all of the money being theirs without having to give anyone else any of it. It's a win-win for both parties.
Having said that, typically, you shouldn't expect a girl to come home with you on the same day you meet her. I might have had that happen once or twice but in general, it's better for both if you get to know each other first. You don't want to take a nutjob to your house and the girl doesn't want to be in a situation where they're unsure of a guy and the potential danger that's involved with that for them. I've heard some horror stories from girls who've done the OTC approach and had bad experiences. Additionally, once a girl gets to know you and gets comfortable, she's likely more willing to experiment or if you like it, take trips to Greece and stuff like that.

Mileage varies from girl to girl and so does their rates (alway negotiate and negotiate BEFORE you go to the private area with her). And always ask what's on her menu or what you have in mind. Even if they don't offer what you ask for, they don't get offended.
